The final outdoor adventure happens late in the evening during sunset. This ensures everyone feels comfortable before lights out. If parents permit, we also hand out a bedtime treat!

Yes! You must vaccinate your dog before boarding. This prevents the spread of contagious diseases in high-density environments. Vaccines protect your dog and others by creating vital herd immunity. They block illnesses like Kennel Cough, Parvovirus, and Rabies. Reputable facilities make these vaccinations mandatory.

Leaving your pup for their first boarding adventure is a big moment! You must leave your dog on a positive note. This sets them up for success.

Goodbyes are hard, but dogs pick up on our emotions. You communicate volumes through your body language and tone. Keep your departure short and upbeat! If you show excitement, your dog will feel excited too. Give your pup a joyful send-off.

Is this your first time visiting us? We highly recommend booking a short two-night stay before your actual trip. This trial run lets us observe your dog’s temperament and play style. It ensures our environment perfectly fits your furry friend.

Food: Please bring enough prepackaged and labeled food for their stay, plus two extra days. We have limited storage area. We cannot accommodate large bags of dog food. If your dog eats a raw diet, please pre-portion each meal. This makes it easy for us to thaw and serve.

Bowls: Please leave food and water bowls at home. We use our own stainless steel bowls and slow feeders. If your dog requires an elevated dish, let our staff know at drop-off.

Bedding & Toys: You can bring a bed or blanket from home. However, we cannot guarantee its return condition. We strongly encourage you to leave favorite items at home! We provide plenty of comfy bedding and wash it regularly. You may pack plastic or rubber toys. Please keep all fabric toys at home.

Yes! We love puppies! They need to be at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated before their stay.
