Kennel Policies & Procedures
The following policies apply to our grooming and boarding services. Please review them carefully to ensure a safe, healthy, and smooth experience for your furry family members.
🩺 Vaccinations
Proof of current rabies, distemper/parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations is required for all guests before check-in.
⏱️ Check-In & Check-Out
We run like a hotel with morning check-outs and afternoon check-ins to allow time to clean and disinfect the kennels between guests.
- Check-Out: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Late departures incur a $35 late fee.
- Check-In: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
⚠️ WE ARE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS
🦴 Food & Medications
We recommend you provide only enough food for your dog’s stay, plus a few extra days (in case of delays). Please also provide any required medications, clearly labelled with their name and the amount fed per meal.
🐕 Temperament
For everyone’s safety, we do not accept aggressive and/or excessively barking dogs or females in heat. If your dog happens to go into heat during their stay, they will be pulled from all group play, and your emergency contact will be called to arrange immediate pick-up.

🚑 In Case of Sickness or Injury
In case of injury or sickness, we will try to contact you or your emergency contact immediately. If repeated attempts fail, we will contact your vet. If your vet cannot be reached, we will call our clinic.
Consent for necessary medical treatment during their stay is agreed upon by the owner at the time of booking. We highly recommend you notify your vet ahead of your dog’s stay.
💳 Deposits & Cancellations
A 35% deposit is required to confirm off-season bookings. A 50% deposit is required for busy seasons.
